NextGen Connections is focused on engaging young professionals to join Rotary so they may get involved in their communities for civic projects and fundraisers. We currently have close to 150 young professional Rotarians in our District (collected from majority of the Club Secretary’s), all under the age of 35 who are ready to take on our challenge to grow awareness and membership in for Rotary District 7680.

NextGen Connections will be the first young professional Rotarian organization in the world (that we know of), formed specifically to promote Rotary to the younger, thriving, results oriented, young professional population.

Mission

1. Re-energize Rotary
2. Accomplish new objectives

4. Facilitate networking and idea sharing and invite other young people to engage in civic duty within Rotary
5. Host socials to develop new friendships and business relations through fellowship
6. Identify and promote opportunities for mentoring of young Rotarians by successful business, professional and community leaders who are also Rotarians
